Privacy

What we collect

• Your email address: if you ask Case Study Builder to email you a case, if you ask the Quiz Builder to email you a worksheet (with your consent), or when you contribute a question to the Quiz Builder (required there, so we can follow up about your submission). It is kept private and never shown publicly.
• A hashed (one-way) version of your IP address for rate-limiting and abuse prevention. We do not store the raw IP.
• Anonymous generation logs (which country and topic you picked, when, and our token-spend estimate). These are not joined to your email.

Why we collect it

To deliver the case study you asked for, occasionally let you know when new Level Five Academy tools ship, and keep the service from being abused. Nothing is sold or shared with third parties for advertising.

Analytics

We use Umami, a privacy-first analytics tool, to count page views and anonymous usage events — for example, which tool a worksheet was exported from. Umami sets no cookies, does not track you across sites, and collects no personal information. This aggregate data is processed on our behalf by Umami Cloud (umami.is).

How long we keep it

Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe. Hashed-IP rate-limit logs: up to 30 days. Generation logs: indefinitely, for product analytics.

How to unsubscribe

Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Clicking it immediately stops future emails — no account or password needed.

How to delete your data

Email work@leothom.com from the email address on file you’d like deleted and we’ll delete your subscriber record. We’ll confirm within seven days.
